Job Description: Excavator Operator (Saudi Arabia)

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Excavator Operator to join our cleint in Saudi Arabia. As an Excavator Operator, you will be responsible for operating heavy machinery to perform excavation tasks safely and efficiently. You will work on construction, mining, or infrastructure projects, ensuring the successful completion of work according to project specifications, safety standards, and timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate excavators and other heavy equipment to perform digging, trenching, leveling, and grading tasks.
Follow blueprints, project plans, and safety guidelines to complete excavation work accurately and efficiently.
Perform pre-operation checks and regular maintenance to ensure equipment is in good working condition.
Dig trenches, foundations, and holes, and load/unload materials as required for construction and infrastructure projects.
Work closely with construction teams, supervisors, and engineers to ensure proper execution of excavation tasks.
Ensure excavation work is performed within project specifications, safety regulations, and environmental guidelines.
Monitor equipment performance and report any mechanical issues to the maintenance team for repairs.
Adhere to all safety protocols, using personal protective equipment (PPE) and maintaining a safe work environment.
Assist with site preparation, cleanup, and other tasks as needed by the project team.
Maintain accurate logs of daily activities, equipment usage, and material handling.

Requirements:

Proven experience as an Excavator Operator, with expertise in operating heavy machinery.
Valid Saudi driving license and certification for operating excavators.
Strong understanding of excavation techniques, construction methods, and safety regulations.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and project specifications.
Excellent hand-eye coordination and attention to detail.
Ability to perform manual labor and work in challenging outdoor conditions.
Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with other team members.
Physical fitness to handle the demands of the job, including lifting, standing, and operating heavy equipment for extended periods.

Preferred:

Experience working on construction, mining, or large-scale infrastructure projects in Saudi Arabia or the GCC region.
Additional certifications related to heavy equipment operation or construction safety.
Familiarity with maintenance and troubleshooting of excavators and other construction machinery.
