We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Land Surveyor to join our client in Neom Project. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting surveys to determine land boundaries, topography, and site features, ensuring compliance with legal regulations and company standards. This role requires strong analytical skills, a keen eye for detail, and proficiency in surveying technology.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct land surveys to establish property boundaries, topographical features, and construction site layouts.
• Prepare and maintain accurate survey records, maps, and reports.
• Utilize surveying equipment such as GPS, total stations, and levels to gather data.
• Analyze survey data to develop detailed plans and reports.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and construction teams to provide support for projects.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations related to land use and surveying.
• Communicate findings and recommendations to clients and stakeholders.
• Stay updated on industry trends, technology, and best practices in land surveying.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Land Surveying, Geomatics, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Professional Land Surveyor Civil Diploma 3 years preferred.
• Proven experience in land surveying and project management.
• Proficient in surveying software (e.g., AutoCAD, Civil 3D) and GIS applications.
• Strong mathematical and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
