Job Description: Security Guard (Transguard UAE)

Transguard Group is seeking dedicated and responsible Security Guards to join our client in the UAE. As a Security Guard with Transguard, you will be responsible for protecting clients’ properties, assets, and personnel while ensuring safety and security at all times. You will play a vital role in maintaining a secure environment, responding to incidents, and adhering to Transguard’ s high standards of service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular patrols of assigned areas to deter and detect any suspicious activities or security breaches.
• Monitor access points and control entry and exit, ensuring only authorized personnel and visitors are allowed.
• Respond promptly to alarms, emergencies, and disturbances, taking necessary action as per company protocols.
• Operate and monitor security systems, including CCTV cameras and alarm systems, to maintain a safe environment.
• Enforce Transguard’ s security policies and procedures and ensure compliance with local safety regulations.
• Prepare detailed reports on security incidents, patrol activities, and daily operations.
• Assist in maintaining order during high-traffic events and situations that require crowd control.
• Provide assistance to local law enforcement or emergency services when required.
• Support other security team members in maintaining vigilance and ensuring the security of the premises.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a security guard or in a similar security role.
• Knowledge of security procedures, surveillance equipment, and emergency response protocols.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and staff.
• Good physical condition with the ability to stand for extended periods and respond quickly in emergency situations.
• Ability to maintain a high level of alertness during shifts and work in various weather conditions.
• High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Valid UAE residency and work permit.

Preferred:

• Security guard certification or relevant training.
• Experience in specific security sectors (e.g., corporate, retail, or industrial security).
• First Aid and CPR certification.
