What Are the Steps to Get a Work Visa in Qatar?

A passport and a certificate of good conduct from the country that issued the passport are required. In addition, you must provide a certificate proving academic qualifications which has been translated into Arabic.

Documents sent to Qatar’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs must be verified by your country’s embassy.

You must schedule a medical checkup to be tested for hepatitis and HIV in order to complete your application. The results of the tests will be sent to the Criminal Evidence and Information Department via the internet. Your fingerprints will then be taken.

Employees can travel to Qatar once they have obtained work permits. Within seven days of the employee’s arrival, you must apply for a residence permit. The documents required are listed in the preceding section and must be submitted to the Ministry of Labor.
